Our Return Policy

At Old Bank Music Shop, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange on most products. The following time frames apply:

You must return the goods within 7 days of receiving them.

To start this process you must first email us on [email protected] and obtain an RA number.

Proof of purchase must accompany the products.

The products must be in original condition unused and unopened.

Exceptions to our return policy

Our return policy does not apply to the following products

 For health reasons:

Any wind instruments including recorders, harmonicas, all brass, and woodwind.

All microphones and earphones that have been opened

For copyright reasons: Any print music, and any product that requires code activation.

As well as any product that has been used.

Any custom orders.

 

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping cost to return goods and are you are responsible until they reach us.

We recommend using a trackable postage service.

Our return policy is not unlimited we reserve the right to refuse any person that has a history of repeated returns or abuse this policy.          

 

Defective Goods

If you believe the goods you have received are defective please contact us immediately by PH on 0268855665 or email on [email protected], so we can arrange return postage at no charge to you and get the item repaired, replaced or refunded

We do our utmost to make sure everything is delivered in the quickest time frame.

Occasionally when products are out of stock we will contact you with details of if and when the goods will be available
